Hare Hare (Fairweather Hare)
Story: In the beginning, Tenki was just a rabbit in a pet store. Everyday since his arrival at the pet store a girl named Mina came and looked at him through the window. For months she visited but always left without him. No one else wanted him because of his odd coloring and temperment. This made him quite cynical and slightly mistrusting.
Mina's side of the story contained something quite different. Left to live alone in a rather modest house, she had to endure her last year of highschool alone. Both of her parents left to take on important jobs and since she was no longer a little girl they thought she'd be alright on her own. At first it was awesome, the freedom she had, but then loneliness took hold and her only solice was staring at the rabbit in the pet store. His color and behaviour set him apart from the other rabbits and she wished she had the money to get him. (Being that he was a rare type of rabbit with blue/grey fur he was quite expensive!)
The owner of the pet store saw that this was fate: A lonely girl who needs a companion.. a rabbit who needs some TLC. Perfect. Oh, and let's not forget the amulet that was given to Mina by her grandmother. "This will reveal one's true heart," her grandmother said. Mix all of that together and you get Hare Hare (Fair-Weather Hare)!
(Since the first original chapter isn't drawn out completely, I have a page to give a nice brief summary of how things occured.. here.) Oh, and for people with slower computers.. the pages are rather large ~700x1000px large. I didn't want to shrink them down any further or you wouldn't be able to read some of the stuff!
